Springfield Senior Commons offers a full range of medical and therapeutic services to meet the ever-changing needs of our population. Our exceptional nursing staff will design a unique care plan for each individual’s medical, emotional and psychosocial needs, and manage it on a day-to-day basis. Our goal is to ensure that our residents enjoy both the highest quality of care, and a satisfying sense of independence.

The fee schedule at Springfield Senior Commons is straightforward with no additional costs for medication administration or basic transportation. We also offer respite care should you or a loved one require a short-term stay. 

Here are just a few amenities that are included in the monthly fee:

• Basic assistance with activities of daily living
• Medication administration, if needed
• Three full meals per day in our elegant dining room
• A 24-hour, self-serve café for light refreshments
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry service
• Transportation
• Scheduling of doctors’ appointments
• Daily activities and entertainment
• Life Alert Emergency Response System
• Basic and standard cable TV

All residents are offered the opportunity to have their healthcare needs attended to by the exemplary physicians who make regularly scheduled visits to our community. However, it is not unusual for a resident to continue a relationship with other medical professionals. In the event that healthcare needs should change, Harlee Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is directly adjacent to the Personal Care Living complex.

The Activities Department designs its schedule of recreational programs to enhance daily life with exercise, social interaction and mental stimulation. Residents can choose to participate in bingo, card games, crafts, movies, Wine and Cheese gatherings, Culinary Adventure Dinners, exercise classes and a variety of group outings.
