An attractive, thoughtfully designed and well-maintained physical environment is essential to our residents’ well-being. But what gives any residential community its particular character is the personnel who interact with residents, all day long, in every capacity.

Consistently reliable care

Our core on-site team includes a Medical Director, many attending physicians, approximately 25 Registered Nurses and 9 Licensed Practical Nurses, all of whom are on-staff employees. Maintaining our own on-staff team enables us to focus on delivering reliable, professional care that meets our own standards, while minimizing administrative time and energy.

Harlee Manor is tremendously fortunate to have an on-staff administrator with over 30 years of clinical experience in Geriatric Care. While her depth of experience clearly represents an invaluable asset to Harlee Manor, we cannot help taking a certain amount of credit for the astuteness of our hiring process, as demonstrated by the personal excellence and long-term loyalty of the individuals on our staff.
